The food prep position is a vital part in how CoreLife Eatery operates, as this person makes all of our scratch made food that we serve to our guests. This position is responsible for the quality and consistency of the product being prepared and served at all times. This person will be aware of and control food costs by ensuring proper product storage (FIFO), rotation and portioning of ingredients. The prep person will be assisting the Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen Manager during their shifts and assist the front line or grill during our rushes. The prep area must be clean and sanitized at all times. The prep person will also be cross-trained on dish and grill.

- Have experience in restaurants and food service, grilling and cooking/prepping
